I hope you’re having a great Friday night! As promised, I wanted to share a few photos of everything I’ve purchased so far from the Nordstrom sale! There are SO many good things to choose from it’s a little overwhelming, so see below for some of the wardrobe staples I went home with this afternoon!
In other news, I am WIPED, so I am off to take a nap and then hopefully will be ready and able to rally for the start of the weekend 😉
Happy shopping (and Friday night!)
B.P. V-Neck Sweater: $24
I absolutely LOVE this sweater. It is so soft, and in the prettiest hue of dusty pink! It comes in SIX different colors as well! I’m wearing a size small–it’s definitely oversized, so if you want a more snug fit, I would suggest sizing down! (Also, you can get my initial necklace here, but this version is less expensive and part of the sale, too!)
Rag & Bone Skinny Jeans: $131
Kelly has been telling me about Rag & Bone jeans for YEARS. She never stops talking about how comfortable they are, but I didn’t believe her until I actually tried on this pair! When I put them on to shoot, Cassandra goes OH MY GOD, THOSE ARE MAGIC JEANS! They are SO FLATTERING! (And really, they are!) They’re such a great pair of everyday jeans. High waisted but not TOO high, skinny but not TOO skinny, and they are so comfy they feel like sweatpants. Go go go go get ’em before they’re all sold out!
Halogen Leather Jacket:$199
One of my favorite wardrobe staples is my brown leather jacket that my mom got for me when I studied abroad in Italy. I’ve been searching for a similar one in black every since, and I FINALLY found it! This Halogen leather jacket is PERFECT. I really wanted something that wasn’t too edgy, and I really love how classic this version is. It’s under $200, too–which NEVER happens. (P.S. I’m wearing it with this striped tee–more on that below!)
Lace Trim Slipdress: $34
Speaking of, the leather jacket also looks ADORABLE with this floral midi! The best part about this dress is that it’s dark floral, so it’s perfect to wear right now, and through fall, too! (Showing you two ways to wear it on the blog next week–stay tuned!)
Another view of this adorable lace trimmed slip dress without the jacket, so you can see the cute lace detail on the top! FYI–it’s a bit loose, so I sized down for an XS. I find that it’s best to size down so the shape is still flattering!
Waffle Cashmere Wrap: $125
THIS WRAP, YOU GUYS. O-M-G. It is so soft. If you travel a lot, it’s going to be your new best friend. It’s essentially a gorgeous cashmere blanket. You’ll want to throw it over everything this fall, and you can wear it as a scarf too!
Super Soft Pocket Tee: $18.90
This classic tee comes in TONS of colors and I can’t even tell you how soft it is. I opted for (OBVVIOUSSLYYY) the black and white stripe, but there’s a grey and white striped version as well! Here I’m wearing a small (bc XS was sold out) but I’d recommend going down a size if you want it to be more fitted! Hurry, sizes are selling out REALLY quickly!!
Ruffle Bell Sleeve Blouse ($31) & Suede Skirt ($64)
Speaking of tops that come in 100 colors, this adorable bell sleeve ruffle blouse is one of them! I fell in love with the ruffles and the polka dot pattern! It pairs perfectly with this pretty wine hued suede mini skirt and look sooooo good with OTK boots! (My favorite are the Stewart Weitzman Lowland boots, but these Stewart Weitzmans are nearly identical and on sale too, which NEVER happens!)
Olive Suede Crossbody: $149
You guys know I’m not really that into handbags, but this olive suede crossbody really caught my eye! I love that it’s a neutral green–which is a way more fun twist on a neutral than brown, grey, or black! Olive pairs with literally everything and I love the pretty gold hardware! The bag itself is small enough to wear out at night, but roomy enough to wear during the day.
Black Sarto Ankle Booties ($86) & Grey Halogen Stretch Booties ($79)
