It seems like one of the biggest beauty trends that everyone is trying to accomplish these days is dewy, glowing skin! I’ve tried quite a few highlighting products over the years, and these five are my absolute favorites! Whether you’re looking for a stick, a powder, or a liquid–you’ll find the best of each category below.
NARS “The Multiple” Stick
This product has become a cult classic by beauty junkies everywhere for good reason.
You guys, I kid you not, I have owned this highlighter for 4 years. Yes, the same stick. It lasts forever! I love that it comes in tons of different colors (I have “Copacabana”) so if you’re looking for more of a blush or more of a bronzer + highlighter, you can find it in this formula. It’s awesome for travel too because you don’t have to risk it cracking or spilling!
Natasha Denona Cream Glow Stick
Similar to the NARS stick above, Natasha Denona is a lesser-known brand, but she make some awesome highlighting products. I also love this stick formula for the reasons highlighted (haha!) above. It’s a creamy formula that doesn’t have too much shimmer in it and gives you a really dewy looking glow. Another bonus: all her products are made without Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates.
Bobbi Brown’s Shimmer Brick
If you’re looking for a new blush, I loveeeeee love love this one. It’s a blush/highlighter combo. (Also comes in more bronze tones). It’s essentially one palette of several different shades, so when you swirl them together it provides a really natural flushed look.
Natasha Denona All Over Glow
If you’re looking for straight highlighter in a powder form (no color to it) I really like this product. You only need a TINY bit. (Like, one swipe of a highlighter brush) because a little goes a long way, so this is another one that will last you forever! I also think this is the most long-lasting when it comes to wear! It looks great swiped across collarbones and on shins, too!
Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base
I first tried this base when I went on my London trip with Burberry beauty, and was hooked. It comes in both a dark and light version–the dark version is great for adding a bit of color! I apply it like I would bronzer (right under my cheekbones, around the edges of my forehead, and on the sides of my nose!) and then follow up with Burberry’s Fresh Glow foundation, which gives you a super dewy glow like you’re lit from within!
