A Chicago foodie’s dream — a 3 day event featuring panel discussions, underground mystery dinners and an All Star BBQ featuring some of the nation’s (and your) favorite chefs (if the names Paul Kahan and Rick Bayless mean anything to you). Not to mention local culinary loves, Jeni Britton Bauer of Jenni’s Ice Cream, Jason Hammel of Lula & Nightwood, Stephanie Izzard (you know her already, obviously), Doug Psaltis of Bub City, Lee Wolen of Boka and Hot Chocolate’s Mindy Segal.
