Blazer: TJ Maxx (navy is no longer online, definitely still try looking in stores though! But they do offer it in blush. Or, try this one or this one) // Jeans: Henry & Belle // Button down: Ralph Lauren // Necklace: Anne Klein // Purse: Vince Camuto (old, similar here) // Boots: Jeffrey Campbell from Nordstrom (admittedly, they were uncomfortable and I had to return them, so I’d go for these, these, or these instead!)
Speaking of travel essentials– HI FROM KILLARNEY!!
Just kidding, I’m totally not writing this post in Ireland (I planned ahead! Snaps all around!)
But seriously, while I am in Ireland, this little blazer is going to be my very best friend. I snapped it up from TJ Maxx–it’s Cynthia Rowley and only set me back $30! Sadly, they don’t still have it online in navy, but they do have it in a gorgeous blush color (not so practical for travel though). This one, however, is very similar!
I will be frequently wearing it with another favorite essential, the oversized white oxford (which I bought in a little boy’s XL–so much cheaper!
I also purchased these rain boots (yes, these black booties are actually rain boots) specifically for this trip. However, sadly, once I wore them around a bit, they were really pinching my toes, so I had to take them back. (Side note: I did try a size up, but those didn’t fit correctly either.) However, Kate Spade makes an adorable pair that is almost identical. The reviews on those are much better!
Anyway, I will be wearing variations of this outfit many times over the next few days while I’m in Ireland, because I only packed in a carryon backpack! I also only brought one purse–the Vera Bradley quilted backpack purse. It’s super chic (great for going out) but is big enough to fit my camera (perfect for daytime!)
Be sure to follow along my Ireland trip over on Instagram in the meantime!
