Happy first Monday of 2016!!
Are you feeling super inspired or already overwhelmed by all you’ve set out to accomplish this year? I’m kind of a mix of both. I had some really great time off, and spent a lot of time with family and friends! I have to admit though, as painful as it is to get out of bed on the first day back to work, I’m excited to get back into the swing of things, and hit the ground running with all I have planned for GG this year!
Some of those goals include (in no particular order): an eventual site re-design, bringing you guys more outfit posts more frequently, continuing to improve my photography and Lightroom photo editing skills, AND (fingers crossed) working to bring you recurring seasonal issues of The Guide I made with Kelly this winter! (Yes, that means a Spring version coming soon!)
BUT on to today’s outfit! You first saw this sweater on the blog in this post earlier this fall but I’ve been wearing it weekly ever since then! It’s super soft and warm. Although it’s sold out now, I did find some identical twins here, and here! Paired with my favorite turtleneck and skinny jeans, it’s just about the most comfortable combination there was. But let’s go back to the turtleneck, because I don’t think I ever thought I would have such love for a TURTLENECK. But, you guys. It’s so comfortable, and it’s super thin, and perfect for layering. It looks so cute under sweaters, with skirts, even under summer dresses to make them work for winter! I also own it in grey 😉
What’s your go-to winter uniform?
